BEANZ Regional Representative Hui 2025

Kia ora koutou,

we would like to invite you to the annual BEANZ Regional Representative Hui 2025. The hui is held at the Wellington Airport Rydges Hotel on Saturday, the 5th of April from 9 am to roughly 4:30 pm.

The agenda for the hui is yet to be confirmed. However, the aim is to discuss and share ideas to determine the focus/needs for curriculum support this year and build a framework that will give you, the Regional Representatives, confidence to create/implement and/or lead a BEANZ workshop(s) this year.

Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea will be provided.

We are aware that not all of you can catch direct flights to Wellington on Saturday, hence accommodation can be arranged with Allan for Friday/Saturday night if needed.

The cost of flights will be reimbursed by BEANZ. For this purpose, I have attached the new claims. Please note that it must be sent to finance@beanz.org.nz.
