BEANZ Change of Financial Year – Amendment to Constitution

Last Dec 16 in a Special General Meeting BEANZ voted to change the end of its financial year from Dec 31^st to March 31^st. This was in response to advice from our accountant to bring us into line with normal accounting financial year ends.

This requires an amendment to the BEANZ  Constitution of clause 49.1. This email is to notify you of this change. A copy of the constitution is attached for your information.
